Hello associates! How are ya? Blissful Friday! I hope you had an incredible week. We’re totally into MAYhem round right here, so we’ve been busy with dance competitions, faculty occasions, neighborhood occasions, and enjoyable good friend time. I’m additionally working my manner by means of the High Performance Health certification (code is FITNESSISTA) and loving each minute.

What are you as much as this weekend? Liv and I are headed to a different dance competitors in Phoenix (P has a basketball sport). Final weekend was such a blast – we bought takeout every night time after her day of dancing and fast adjustments, and watched a number of episodes of Buddies.

Should you haven’t tried Sculpt Society but, I extremely suggest it. The lessons are well-structured, enjoyable – dance cardio and barre-esque – and I LOVE the instructors. I don’t get pleasure from instructors who’re too excessive, and so they’re the proper mix of motivating and chill. This link gets you a month free on the app.

Style + magnificence:

I used to be available in the market for an LBD that I can put on for some upcoming journey, informal but nonetheless put-together work conferences, and life.
